I was so thrilled to see you back doing your mixed media work! I really missed viewing your creations. I love all of your art work. I have seen all of your latest pieces as I subscribe to your YouTube channel. I hope all is well with you now that you're creating on YouTube once again. I look forward to seeing your next creation!
ReplyDeletesooo beautiful! Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing this page. I can feel raw emotion & getting it down in beautiful colours artistically helps the process.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful new page Rach, really beautiful. As always, love all the details.
ReplyDeleteFunnily enough, I've been planning to do a page inspired by that song too. My Dad died in October last year, and while it wasn't one of the songs at his funeral, as a personal favourite I've listened to it a lot since. Getting into art journaling/mixed media more this year has been helping me a lot so far. Thank you for the fantastic videos. :)
Lovely again Rachel ... your talent knows no bounds! You inspire with everything you do dear Rachel! I'm so glad I found you ... you have given me wings! Carol xxx
ReplyDeleteA beautifully touching creation... so sorry to hear that you lost your Dad.
ReplyDeleteThank you Marijane - It wasn't recently, but those we have lost are never forgotten. Creating little reminders of them in our art is a nice way to remember them with fondness :-)
DeletePrecioso trabajo!!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely incredible-love, love, love all the details
ReplyDeleteI have tears in my eyes Rachel. I miss my dad so much-he's been gone over four years. I feel him near me every day. I know he watches over me. I love your art so much but you really struck a nerve today. Thank you for all your amazing videos. It's so good to see you back so frequently now. I hope this makes sense. I'm full out crying now. Hugs from the USA.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry for your loss Cathy. Your message makes perfect sense. Wishing you strength and fond memories :-)
DeleteI love the colors you used on this page and the message is beautiful. I lost my dad almost 10 years ago but everytime I think of him its like yesterday. The times I almost pick up the phone to call him or forget for a split second because there's something I want to show him are very much fewer and far between now, but he will always be the man I look up to more than any other and the one I want to be proud of me. I'll always be his little girl.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful. I love the meaning imbued in this page
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing such a heartfelt, personal page. Helps me think of constructive ways to deal with my grief. Your work is amazing!
ReplyDeleteThank you! Glad it has helped you :-)
