Card - Spring Tulips

Created for the Incy Wincy Designs Challenge where the theme is "Bring On Spring".

Materials:
Cardstock - Bazzill Kraft, Southfield ivory Linen
Ink - Versafine black, Distress Ink Walnut Stain
Stamp - PSX Tulips, Prima - Script
Prisma Colour Pencils
