Background was created using Golden Fluid Acrylics in Dioxizine Purple & Anthraquinone Blue, blended with Americana Buttermilk, Gesso & Ranger Pink Sherbet.  This was then stamped with a text stamp (Creative Expressions) in Archival Blue-Violet & a netting stamp (Non-Sequitor) in Archival Ultramarine French Blue.  Sequin waste was used as a stencil to create the tiny circles & a crafters workshop stencil was used to create the larger circles.  These were then coloured with Neo Colours (Caran D'Ache) in Indigo, Violet, Carmine, Pink and Naples Yellow.  The same colours were used for the border.  The title was stamped using a Traci Bunkers font in Archival Blue-Violet, and this was outlined in a white Posca Paint pen.  The same pen was used for the border detail.  Finally, the large circles and background were stamped with a flourish (Crafty Individuals) and white paint was splattered over the page.
