Art Card - Blue Print Dressform

Today's project is a card using Tim Holtz Blue Print stamps and Prisma coloured pencils:

Zest It Blending Solution
Cotton Bud
Distress Ink: Frayed Burlap
Stampin' Up Stamps: Itty Bitty Backgrounds, Love Definition (Both discontinued sets)
MFT Dies: Pierced Rectangle Stx
Judikins Stamp: Work Of Art
Double Sided Tape
