ReplyDeleteOMG Rachel you are amazing!! I can sit here all day and watch you. When I watch time lapse I feel that I have to do things fast. How long did this piece of art take you to make?
ReplyDeleteI worked on it over the course of three days, but that included a lot of drying time and thinking time too :-)

I'll look into adding an icon for email subscriptions. I wasn't aware that Julie had seen my work. I love using her stencils. Very talented lady :-)
DeleteI have watched this so many times now. I love it. You are so tantalized. I was just so curious as to where you got the words from. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that they were from Madonna. Just thought that you might want to acknowledge where you got them from in your list above. ;)
ReplyDeleteHi Pauline, I already have acknowledged the somg and artist - they are always shown at the very top of the post when I'm working in my lyrics journal :-)
DeleteDid you allow the sprayed background to air dry or did you use a heat gun?
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous. I love your videos, thanks for the inspiration!!
I usually allow thing to dry naturally, rather than using a heat tool, so I'm fairy sure that's what I would have done here, though I don't remember for certain :-)
DeleteMagical Rachel you did a fabulous job thank you for sharing x x x
ReplyDeleteWatching you perform this magical feat makes me want to try it without the slightest bit know how. Were all products purchased on this site?
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed watching this fairy creation in your art journal. I know this is from several years ago but so inspiring and full of great variety!
