Postcard - Every Summer Has A Story

Created for the Sunday Postcard Art Challenge where the theme is Summer Solstice.  This was so much fun.  I focused mainly on the colours that say Summer to me, rich, bright yellows, red and oranges tinged with the purples and lilacs you see in late Summer sunsets & in flowers.  I don't think I have a an arty sun stamp (adding to wish list), so I used a clay mould instead.

Added this shot to show the Lilac Lustre Spray

Notice the text stamp peeking though the layers - This is my new favourite, looks just like old book page.

Supplies:
Cardstock - Taffeta Smooth White
Gray Board (Chipboard)
Colour Sprays - Dylusions (old style): Postbox Red, Vanilla custard; Sticky Fingers: Lilac Lustre
Ink - Archival: Blue Violet
Posca Paint Pens - Violet, Gold
Lumiere Paint - Sunset Gold, Halo Pink Gold
Inca Gold - Violet, Lava Red
Stamps - Impression Obsession: Beauty Text; Studio G: Alpha Set
Crafter's Workshop Stencil - Mini Sunburst
Clay Mould - From Stash
